Volunteer Opportunities 2024

Newsletter Editor

The Friends are looking for a new friend to help us with publication of our newsletter! We publish our newsletter 3-4 times a year and each edition requires 5-10 hours of your time to gather, edit, design, and distribute. Putting together our newsletter is a team effort and you will not be left alone to “figure it out.” You will have training and support throughout the process.

If you like to write and/or edit content, have good computer skills (especially word processing), and are attentive to detail, let’s talk! Bonus points if you’ve used an online marketing tool such as MailChimp or Constant Contact but this is not a requirement.

Please use our Contact Us form to ask questions and apply. It will be sent to our president.
