The Tualatin library will host a Celebration of Readers on Sunday, August 30th as a finale to the 2015 Summer Reading program.
Pianist Lori Henriques is scheduled to perform her repertoire of jazz/blues/cabaret songs. In addition to the music, there will be a special appearance by Clifford the Big Red Dog for the kids.
This event is supported by the Friends with a $1000 donation to the library. It will be on Sunday, August 30th from 2 to 4 pm.
The library challenged Tualatin to read 2.5 million minutes this summer. Participants can submit reading logs until the August 31st deadline.
