There will be carnival games, prizes, snacks, and fun for the family in English and Spanish at the Tualatin Library’s Bilingual Summer Carnival on Saturday, July 23rd. This fun event will be held in the Library Community Room, 11 am to 1 pm. The Friends contributed $400 for expenses.
